Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestically within the United States and to our international customers.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. We primarily use reliable carriers like USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • International Shipping: Once shipped, international orders generally arrive within 7-21 business days.Please be aware that this timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on the destination country and its customs process.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Sale Items

All items available for pre-sale will be shipped by October31st . You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your pre-ordered item is dispatched.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@demarcowatches.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MCD Investments LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.
